The Essex Inc. Automatic Take Up & Mend Marking System is designed to streamline the operation of the take up and mending process by automatically taking up carpet as it is being made until a mend oc-curs. When a mend is necessary the take-up process is interrupted at the mending station and paused until the operator completes the mend. Upon acknowledgement of mend completion, accomplished by pressing the Automatic Take-Up Start button, the automatic take-up process will resume. |
